These are the Highway Pants. They are handmade in the same atelier in Riga where old Latvian police uniforms were produced, constructed from 48% cotton and 52% polyester ripstop. The design is a modified version of police parade uniform pants, cut from the fabric used for Latvian prison guard uniforms. The reflective lampasses will protect you from the dark forces of Riga.
